Introduction

After preparatory works at the end of last year, construction of the complex "Central Garden" began in January, namely two buildings of the first phase on the corner of Stanoja Glavaša and Dalmatinska street.

It is a residential complex with all the amenities of the modern concept on the location in central city zone. Approximately 100,000 gross square meters of residential and office space will be built on the plot through phases. The project is imagined as a condominium, with planned 500 housing units and business tower of 16,000 square meters. In addition, the ground floor of the complex will be equipped for various service and commercial activities that will complete the amenities of the block.

Earlier this year the first phase of construction was started, and it includes two apartment buildings with 89 apartments and an underground garage with 94 parking spaces. The objects of the first phase were designed with 7 floors (GF + 6 + Ps) and two underground floors, where the garage is underground on two floors, commercial facilities are on the ground floor, while the apartments of various structures and organizations will be on the upper floors. In that sense, the offer includes a range of structures from single to five-room apartments.

Apartments are organized according to the system of maximizing usable space, and customers will be given the choice of selected final work on the interior. Within the condominium there will be a private park of atrium type on 2,600 square meters - only for the complex, as well as other facilities such as security, reception, gym, etc.

Completion of the first phase is scheduled for March 2016, however phases will overlap, and the whole complex will be completed in the next 5 years. The second phase is planned to include two residential buildings below the streets Stanoje Glavaš and Kneza Danila.

The project is a combined initiative of the company AFI Europe and Shikun & Binui Group, established investors with projects around the world, while the exclusive sales agent is CBRE Serbia, the leading consultancy for real estate. The value of the investment is estimated at 120 million Euros, and the main contractor is local company Exing B & P. Interested buyers can find an exhibition apartment in the sales office on the construction, where they could familiarize themselves with the characteristics of the interior, a choice of finishing works and other details of the offer.
