It is a very expeditious investment in the hotel segment, which will be implemented within a year and its worth around 30 million Euros. Abandoned and unused "JUGODRVO" building will host tourists of upper business class in the center of Belgrade from next year.
The former office headquarters will be completely rebuilt and functionally adapted for the needs of "Courtyard by Marriott" hotel with over 100 rooms. The limitation is that the building during reconstruction must retain the previous dimensions and height. In addition, hotel will also include indoor swimming pool, fitness center and spa, business center, meeting rooms, stores and two underground floors for parking space.
